How Ordering Works
Send Your Requirement
Quantity, destination port and whether you need custom branding. A short email is enough.
Receive Quotation & PI
You get unit price, lead time, shipping options and a Proforma Invoice — usually within one business day.
Deposit & Production
50% T/T deposit confirms the order. Production starts immediately for stock items.
Balance & Shipment
Balance is settled before shipment. We provide full export documentation and can arrange FOB or CIF.
Pricing
Price Tiers (EXW China)
Factory-direct pricing for the YBB-6 in standard packaging. All tiers are per unit, before shipping.

Minimum order quantity is 500 pcs. Orders below 500 pcs can be discussed separately. MYR and SGD figures are indicative and based on current exchange rates; final pricing is confirmed on the Proforma Invoice. We quote EXW by default for maximum transparency — FOB and CIF are available on request.
Commercial terms
Payment, Lead Time & Samples
Payment Terms
50% T/T deposit on order confirmation, 50% balance after production and pre-shipment inspection. Multi-currency accounts (USD / CNY / EUR / SGD / MYR) are available. L/C acceptable for large orders.
Lead Time
Stock orders ship within 10 days. OEM and ODM orders: lead time is confirmed once the modification scope is agreed.
Warranty
12 months from the Bill of Lading date. For non-human-induced defects, send photos or video to our after-sales team and we will arrange compensation or replacement based on the verified defect value.
Samples
Sample and courier costs are borne by the buyer initially. Sample costs are refunded in full and deducted from your first bulk order.

Container Loading Capacity
Based on master carton dimensions of 92 × 44 × 58.5 cm, 50 pcs per carton. Goods are consolidated and packed at our own facility, then released from Fujian ports.

ASEAN Trade Benefits
Imports of eye massagers under HS heading 9019 into ASEAN markets may qualify for tariff preferences under the China–ASEAN Free Trade Agreement. We can apply for a Certificate of Origin on your behalf.
