Quality control
Four-Gate Quality Process
Our facility is ISO 9001 certified and runs a four-gate quality process. Any batch that fails to meet our AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards is rejected and reworked immediately.
IQC Incoming
Components are inspected against specification on arrival and rejected if they fail the incoming criteria.
IPQC In-Process
Checks at each workstation handover catch assembly faults before the unit is closed.
FQC Final
Every finished unit is function-tested before it is released to packing.
OQC Outgoing
Batches are sampled against AQL criteria before the carton is sealed and released for shipment.

Market access
Local Certification & Market Access
Local certification can only be held by a locally registered entity. We provide the full product documentation and technical files required, and support your application through licensed local certification service providers (SIRIM / MCMC / IMDA as applicable).
Local certification fees are borne by the buyer. We do not act as the certificate holder in your market and do not issue a binding statement on local regulatory approval.

Third-Party Inspection & Warranty
Inspection Welcome
We welcome third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, Intertek) at our facility prior to shipment. Inspectors can access the production line, the QC lab and the finished goods store.
Inspection costs are borne by the buyer. We will confirm the inspection window once production is scheduled.
12-Month Warranty
12 months from the Bill of Lading date. For non-human-induced quality issues, provide photos or video to our after-sales team and we will process compensation or replacement based on the verified defect value.
Spare parts and replacement components can be supplied with your order or shipped separately on request.

Documents You Will Receive
- Commercial Invoice and Packing List
- Certificate of Origin (on request, for ASEAN tariff preference applications)
- SGS test reports for CE / FCC / IEC
- Product technical file to support local registration
Test reports can be shared under NDA before you place an order. Mould and process documentation can be shown during a factory visit or third-party inspection.
