What We Collect

We only collect personal data that you type into the inquiry form on this website, or that you send us directly by email or WhatsApp:

• your first and last name;
• your email address;
• your telephone number, if you provide one;
• the content of your message, which normally includes your company, target quantity and destination market;
• your preferred method of contact.

We also record the page from which a form was submitted and a technical timestamp, so that we can trace and respond to inquiries reliably.

Why We Use It

We use your personal data only to:

• reply to your inquiry and send you a quotation;
• discuss specifications, samples, lead times and commercial terms with you;
• process and administer an order if you place one;
• keep records that we are required to keep by law.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles of you, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

Who Else Sees It

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• our email service provider, which transmits and stores the inquiry correspondence;

Where It Is Stored

Our website and the form submissions it stores are hosted on servers outside your country, and our email correspondence is held by our email service provider. How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain our business records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the personal identifiers from it.
