What is your minimum order quantity?
500 pcs. Orders below 500 pcs can be discussed separately — send us your target quantity and we will tell you what is possible.
How much does the YBB-6 cost?
EXW China: US$16.00 per unit at 500–999 pcs, US$15.50 at 1,000–1,999 pcs, US$15.20 at 2,000–4,999 pcs and US$14.90 at 5,000+ pcs. MYR and SGD figures are indicative; final pricing is confirmed on the Proforma Invoice.
What are your payment terms?
50% T/T deposit on order confirmation and the 50% balance before shipment, after production and pre-shipment inspection. Multi-currency accounts (USD / CNY / EUR / SGD / MYR) are available, and L/C is acceptable for large orders.
How long does production take?
Stock orders ship within 10 days. OEM and ODM orders depend on the scope of modification — we confirm the lead time once the changes are agreed.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Sample and courier costs are borne by the buyer initially, and the sample cost is refunded in full and deducted from your first bulk order.
Can you put my logo and packaging on the product?
Yes, from 1,000 pcs: custom packaging, user manual, logo and product colour. Function and appearance modifications are possible on discussion, and mould costs may apply.
Does the product have Bluetooth?
The device has built-in white noise and soothing music, and it does not carry BQB (Bluetooth) certification. Please plan your product listing, packaging and claims accordingly.
Is it certified for my country?
The YBB-6 has been tested against CE, FCC and IEC standards with reports issued by SGS. Local certification in your market can only be held by a locally registered entity — we supply the technical file and support your application through licensed local providers such as SIRIM, MCMC or IMDA. Local certification fees are borne by the buyer.
Do you support third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS, TÜV or Intertek inspectors are welcome at our facility before shipment.
What is the warranty?
12 months from the Bill of Lading date. For non-human-induced quality issues, send photos or video to our after-sales team and we will arrange compensation or replacement based on the verified defect value.
How many units fit in a container?
A 20GP container holds 120 cartons (6,000 pcs); a 40GP holds 260 cartons (13,000 pcs), based on master carton dimensions of 92 × 44 × 58.5 cm at 50 pcs per carton.
Can you help with import duties in ASEAN?
Imports under HS heading 9019 may qualify for preferences under the China–ASEAN Free Trade Agreement, and we can apply for a Certificate of Origin on your behalf. Final tariff treatment depends on the current HS classification, the rules of origin and your local customs authority’s determination — please confirm with your customs broker.
